A breakthrough day for Cellis and the SGGW Center of Cellular Immunotherapies – Our publication in Nature Communications! 🎉🔬
Today, on World Cancer Day, we are proud to announce the publication of our latest work in Nature Communications! This is the result of 10 years of intensive research conducted by the Cellis and Center of Cellular Immunotherapies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, which together strive for breakthrough solutions in cancer treatment.
🔬 What do we do?
In our study, we present the innovative Macrophage-Drug Conjugates (MDC) platform and our discovered TRAIN (TRAnsfer of Iron-binding protein) mechanism. Thanks to it, macrophages can effectively deliver anticancer drugs directly to cancer cells – opening a new chapter in the treatment of solid tumors!
